Scheduling with a gift certificate? (different than Aromaglow voucher) Simply mention you have a gift certificate, and it's value, in the notes section during the scheduling process.
Sante requires a credit card at the time of scheduling all appointments, no exceptions, including:
Sante does not use your credit card for any other reason than for no-show/cancellation fees. Payment for all services is due upon receipt, the day of your appointment.
Cancellation / No Show Policy:
Sante does maintain a 24-hr notice cancellation and rescheduling policy, required on all appointments.
Missed appointment fee equals 100% cost of services scheduled.
Should you miss your appointment without 24-hour notification (as noted on both the appointment confirmation, and reminder emails), you have authorized Sante to charge your credit card the missed appointment fee--100% cost of all services scheduled, or, in some instances, the difference between the regular service price and the prepaid discount/special price, accordingly. No charges will ever be made to your card otherwise.
