I promise to do my best to make time for you and any of your family and friends with a prepurchased Aromaglow Facial special. I am limited in the number of these facial specials I can schedule daily. There is often a waiting period, 1, 2, 4-8+ weeks..depending on when you schedule, and availability at that time, to receive your facial. To schedule. . . this is super easy, really!...takes 1-2 minutes max.

Just follow these steps: 1. click on yellow hi-lighted link,above, to begin--"click here to schedule" 2. Click blue "Schedule Now" button on page. 3. Click on your preferred date--choices available are hi-lighted in blue. You can flip through the months of calendar using the blue arrows located on either side of each month name. The arrows look like this < March 2015 > 4. All available appointment times will appear--Select a time! 6. Click "Book it!", bottom right--you're done! Please be sure to hit "Book It!" as you finish scheduling, so your appointment is saved. You should receive an emailed appointment confirmation immediately after scheduling. Should you not receive the confirmation, you most likely did not yet successfully schedule your appointment. Please check your junk mail box, and confirm that you've entered a valid email address in your profile.
TERMS: All appointments must be scheduled by the voucher expiration date, 8th of August 2015. Vouchers are non refundable. No exceptions. Should you be unable to use the voucher yourself, for any reason, you might consider gifting it to a friend, or family member.
Sante requires a credit card the first time you schedule your first appointmentat, no exceptions. This includes all appointment types, for example:
The ONLY time your card will ever be charged is if you do not arrive for your appointment as scheduled, and without 24-hour notice (see cancellation policy on both confirmation and reminder emails, and below). Payment for all services is due upon receipt, the day of your appointment.
Cancellation / No Show Policy:
Sante does maintain a 24-hr notice cancellation and rescheduling policy, required on all appointments.
Missed appointment fee equals 100% cost of services scheduled.
Should you miss your appointment without 24-hour notification (as noted on both the appointment confirmation, and reminder emails), you have authorized Sante to charge your credit card the missed appointment fee--100% cost of all services scheduled, or, in some instances, the difference between the regular service price and the prepaid discount/special price, accordingly. No charges will ever be made to your card otherwise.
